For Mobile Users (using Meta Business Suite app or Facebook app):
Open the Facebook App (or Meta Business Suite).
Go to your Facebook Page.
Tap Settings (gear icon on top right).
Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts or Instagram.
Tap Connect Account.
Log in to your Instagram account when prompted.
Confirm the connection and grant necessary permissions.
For Desktop Users:
Go to Facebook.com and open your Facebook Page.
Click Settings from the left-hand menu (or “Professional Dashboard”).
Select Linked Accounts or Instagram.
Click Connect Account.
Log in to your Instagram account in the popup.
Allow permissions and confirm the link.
📌 Notes:
You must be an admin of the Facebook Page.
Your Instagram account must be Business or Creator type (you can switch in the Instagram app under “Settings > Account > Switch to Professional Account”).
After linking, you can post from Facebook to Instagram automatically and manage messages together.
